About the Event
Learn many different ways to cook a yummy Thanksgiving dinner now that Autumn is here. From soups to main dishes and even sweet dessert dishes. My main goal is that you learn how easy and fun it is to cook a plant based meal and over all that it is very flavorful.
There are many other healthy and flavorful dishes besides a turkey :)
• Vegan Meatloaf with mushrooms and lentils
• Mushroom gravy
• Green beans with mustard and walnuts
• Cranberry sauce
• Pumpkin pie
Each class consist on up to 4 people, 1 on each table. Each table will be cooking a specific recipe and also learning from the other tables. I will explain how to do each recipe and also we will be working together to make each recipe perfect!
After all the recipes are done everybody will be tasting all each dish and talking about their experiences.
A night to spend with friends and to have a great time after work. Space is limited to up to 5 people.
Social distancing and masks are required, There will also be gloves , alcohol and antibacterial soap.
