About the Event
Learn how to make different types of vegan cheeses made with different types of nuts, beans and also only vegetables. We will be making soft, spreadable semi hard and hard cheeses.
Cheddar soft cheese ( for mac & cheese)
Ricotta or Philadelphia cheese
This class will be help at location, outdoors and with appropriate 6 ft distance between tables. 6 tables only! You will be preparing your cheeses with me!
I will explain how to do each recipe and also we will be working together to make each recipe perfect!
After all the recipes are done everybody will be tasting all each dish and talking about their experiences.
A night to spend with friends and to have a great time after work and also to be able to distract ourselves from this virus crisis we are living today!
