About the Event
Learn how to start your day with healthy and nutritious meals. We will be creating different breakfast dishes from scratch from smoothies, granola, oats, fruits and more.
Starting your day with a plant-based diet will help you lose weight, lower your cholesterol and help you with your digestion.
This class is an Interactive, Live and Online cooking class. This means.... I will be cooking and you at home with your phone or computer will be able to see my class and I will be able to see you too.
1. Pancakes ( oats , whole wheat)
2. Pumpkin and green smoothies
3. Tofu egg scramble
The class will be with 6 to 8 people and will be able to see everybody. After you buy the tickets, I will be sending you an email with the list of ingredients that you need to get and the instructions prior to the class so you will be ready to start cooking with me once we are live. I will explain how to do each recipe and also, we will be working together to make each recipe perfect!
Also, you will be able to ask questions and I will be able to guide you if I feel you are doing the recipe wrong :)
After all the recipes are done everybody will be tasting each dish and talking about their experiences.
