4 of July is around the corner and when we decide to change our diet we feel left out when invited to a BBQ.
I will teach easy recipes to add to the grill and not only feel great not to feel left out but also impress other people with your dishes!!
Come join us to an After hour BBQ cooking class & Tasting on hour backyard at my Health and Wellness Center.
You will taste many Plant based recipes and will also be there Sangria and my famous lemonade.
